Homemade burger and French fries to serve with Augey Bordeaux red :
For 4 burgers you will need:
4 rolls (homemade or purchased)
4 butcher’s steaks
Mayonnaise / ketchup
1 onion
Salad &tomatoes
Cheddar or melted tomme cheese according to your preferences

Toast the bread with a toaster.
Fry the onion and fry the meat at the same time.
Spread a mixture of mayo / ketchup on both sides.
Assemble the burgers & serve immediately
