Cheese Salad with Augey white

With Augey Bordeaux white, prepare this delicious salad:

For 4 people :

Mince salad

Goat cheese

Toasted baguette slices

Pine nuts

Some dried tomatoes

Slices of smoked duck breast (4 per person)

For the vinaigrette: olive oil (4 tbsp) balsamic vinegar (2cs) and mustard (1cs), salt, pepper.

Place the mince into 4 plates, decorate with pine nuts and dried tomatoes. Drizzle vinaigrette.

Then arrange the baguette slices spread with goat cheese, alternating with the duck.
